Eaves tile is very beautiful, hook head most of the design, with
cultural attribute. It is divided into two kinds, the first is
unglazed eaves tile (biscuit firing), the second is coloured glaze
eaves tile. It is in order to protect the corrugated board do not
drop, have prevent rain decayed eaves (fly rafter, below are wood,
very afraid of the rain).
The eave tiles are semicircular in shape, curved above the flat
tiles of the roof, one by one, from the ridge to the cornice. In
order to protect rafters and other components under eaves from wind
and rain erosion, eave tiles of eaves are connected to a tile head
slightly perpendicular to the cylinder tile surface at the top, so
eave tile is also called tile head.
